Cable and Things presents the Big Joint Box splice closure which is designed for use underground, overhead and on buildings with an IP68 rating it is well waterproofed and suitable for the UK FTTP environment. The clip and open cover are great for engineers, making easy access, yet remaining secure and tight. The splice trays are jointed with a hinge at one size, which makes the operation in each tray easier, the design prevents operation damage. The equipment is used as a termination point for the feeder cable to connect with the drop cable in the FTTx communication network system. The fibre splicing, splitting and distribution can be done in this box, and meanwhile, it provides solid protection and management for the FTTx network building.
